By using the online scheduler to make an appointment, you agree to the following:
- Cancellation policy: We charge $15 for appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice and for not showing up for a scheduled appointment. You may cancel appointments online up to 12 hours beforehand. With less than 12 hours, you must call or email the clinic. By using the scheduler to make an appointment, you agree to pay the late cancellation or no show fee.
- Scheduling multiple appointments on the same day: We do not recommend using the “Add Service” option to schedule multiple appointments on the same day, as it will only show you back-to-back appointments available for the day, not all open appointment times. If you are trying to make multiple appointments for multiple people, we suggest booking each appointment individually or emailing us at delandcomacu@gmail.com.
- New Patient Paperwork: Please print and complete the New Patient Paperwork and bring it with you to your first appointment. If you are unable to print it beforehand, please arrive to your first appointment 15 minutes early. The clinic runs on time. If the paperwork is not completed before your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
