Join us for Community Yoga every Thursday evening at 7:00pm.  Experience the personal empowerment of an ongoing yoga practice to transform your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This class is for Beginners and Seasoned Practitioners alike. Asana, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Mindfulness, Relaxation. $5-15 per class, sliding scale.  Pay what works for you. Cash only. Please bring your own mat and any other yoga supplies you wish to use.

A practitioner of Yoga for over 25 years, Summer Moore holds International Certification as a Classical Hatha Yoga Instructor.  She teaches with a Down-To-Earth style which she has learned through intensive study, discipline, and experience gained in the classroom and through working individually with hundreds of students.
